Who am I? I love life, I believe in people, and I embrace the invaluable ethos of lifelong learning.  What I've discovered is as humans we all share a common quality in life regardless of ethnicity, culture/cultural moorings, and socio-economic status. It is, the need to feel Seen, Significant, Loved, and Valued and should be one's personal non-negotiable imperative.

 

Through life's humbling experiences, and growing up with many limitations. My will to endure with a measure of grace has afforded and propelled me in the direction of personal and professional development as the rite of passage to embrace the role of a life coach. 

 

In recent times, I've discovered so many aspects of myself that went unnoticed for many years as a result of not knowing 'who am I'? Through the lens of the psychometric tools I use in my varied interventions, I've discovered some amazing qualities within myself.  As well, as my weaknesses needing attention in my personal and professional growth journey in this movie called Life and Being Human. And that it's okay to embrace the dual side of us. There is a purpose in all of it.

What I am convinced of is the profession of life coaching has found me. I serve with the indomitable conviction that I am aligned with my purpose in life. To be assimilated into the helping profession in service to others.  I wish to impart my training and knowledge to you while understanding that the feelings of confusion, trauma and pain, emotional distress, and the mental and spiritual atrophy of helplessness have an explainable origin.  It's now up to you to embrace and commit to your growth and well-being journey and the responsibility of discovering and finding the answers to many of life's issues and troubles that reside with and in you.  It's all about self-awareness, growth, accountability, and responsibility for the answers you are capable of achieving.
